working principle

Through the screw feeder, the material falls to the center of the LUM ultra-fine vertical mill grinding disc. Driven by the main engine motor, the reducer rotates the grinding disc, forming centrifugal force, forcing the material to move towards the edge of the grinding disc. When the bulk material passes through the grinding zone between the roller and the grinding disc, it is directly crushed under the pressure of the roller, while the fine-grained material forms a layer of mutually crushed material. The crushed materials continue to move to the edge of the grinding disc until they are taken away by the airflow and enter the powder separator. Under the action of the selector blade, the coarse particles whose fineness does not meet the standard fall into the grinding disc for secondary grinding, and the powder that meets the standard enters the powder collector as the finished product. For the iron and other sundries in the material, when they move to the edge of the grinding disc, due to their heavy weight, they will fall into the lower cavity of the mill, and then be sent into the discharge port by the scraper installed at the bottom of the mill. plate, which is finally discharged from the mill.
